Description of the apartments:

The villa includes 6 apartments on 3 floors. All the apartments are new as they have been recently renovated and all are fully furnished and equipped. Even more recently is the renovation of the exterior: all windows and shutters replaced and outside walls painted. Each apartment has an area of 40m², and can accommodate up to 4 people during the summer season (or 2 students during the academic year). The basement has 6 large walk-in cupboards (1 for each apartment) to store various pieces of equipment (bike, ski etc...). Also located in the basement is a washing machine shared by all 6 apartments and an area for drying clothes. Pets are not allowed.

Location:

The quarter (area) of Le Plaine where the apartments are located is only 5 minutes by car to the town centre or lake. In addition the n°4 bus (the bus stop is only 100 m from the villa) arrives every 10 minutes and will ferry you to many destinations including the town centre, lake and IUT university and colleges.

A boulangerie (baker) is located opposite the bus stop. A large hypermarket and other shops are located only 5 minutes by car. Other shops located in the immediate area  include a pharmacy, tabac, grocer, butchers, boulangerie,  banks and bars, all within 5 minutes on foot.

Description (Apartments 1, 2, 3, 4) : Each apartment is 40 m². Equipment is listed on the left of this page. Heating for these apartments is supplied via gas radiators. The apartments are fully equipped and furnished comfortably. The kitchen is an open plan design and includes: 4 burner hob, an oven, a fridge, a hood extractor, an electric coffee maker, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing table, crockery and various pots and pans for 4 people plus may other items. The dining room is 22 m² and includes: a double sofa bed (BZ) large cupboard, armchair, coffee table, fan, cable television with 25 channels, dining table and chairs, desk and an broadband Internet point. Wireless Internet is also available. The bedroom is 10 m² with 1 double bed (or 2 singles if required), a double built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, and a small corner desk. The bathroom includes an enclosed shower unit, a basin with a mirror above and large cupboard underneath, separate shelves, heated towel rail and a toilet (the apartments on the 2nd (top) floor have a bath tub and separate toilet).

Description (Apartments 5, 6) : Apartments 5 and 6 are similar in size to the other apartments and equipped to the same high standard. There is a separate toilet and a bath rather than a shower. The apartments are located under the roof. New air conditioning units are provided. Heating is via electric radiators.

The garden: The garden is 550 m² and has both a grassed area and a gravel area suitable for pétanque and table tennis. There are numerous garden chairs and tables available for use by all tenants plus a barbeque. Parking : In addition to the 3 garages (option), several parking spaces are available in the small road in front of the house (including one in the court). The road is very quiet and only used by the local residents.
