Availability/reservation students:

Each apartment is 40 m², has 1 bedroom and is completely furnished. The price is 630 € per month, excluding charges (heating, lighting and water etc.)  and can accommodate 2 students.

We will request the following to cover charges: 90 € per apartment per month

The charges cover electricity, gas, water and are an estimate based on our experience. Further money could be requested or refunded dependent upon actual usage.

 

Reservation Procedure:

Step 1

Step 2

We will arrange a mutual date and time with you to visit the apartment.

Step 3

If you are interested in the apartment we will request

  • the signature of the contract(s)

  • a signed guarantee from the parents

  • a deposit representing 1 months rent of 630 € excluding charges
